Measles Update:

Ballard Pediatric Clinic follows the AAP/ACIP recommendations for the MMR vaccine, immunizing at 12 months and again at 4-6 years of age. With the presence of measles in King County we strongly suggest that if your child has not been immunized that you do so immediately. We do not recommend vaccinating before these ages unless you have had direct exposure. If your child needs the vaccine, please call to schedule an appointment. If your child has concerning symptoms, please call to discuss with the triage nurse.
